Photoshop Error

Postby Frauhousewife » Tue Oct 06, 2009 8:53 am

When running some of the "native" actions in PS3 like "Vignette" and some of the "Frames", I get error messages that say; "feather command is not available", or "move command is not available". I have completely removed and re-installed the whole program and it's still giving me the error. I have contacted Adobe and they don't have a soloution or won't give me a free solution. I also searched several forums and the only solution offered is to re-install. It has always given me this error. I figured it was just a setting but now it's just irritating. Any suggestions? JOY P

Have you tried to see what any tool settings are when you run the action? Is it possible that the image is the wrong mode? Like, maybe it needs to be 8bit RGB but maybe it is something else? Does it repeat on the same image...IOW, you try it...get an error, try it again and then it works? Or, does it not work for that same image over and over and you can never get it to work on that same image?
